What equipment do I need access to, to utilize your training programs?

Having access to any standard commercial gym - would be top pick, or I ask that you have as BARE MINIMUM, a rack in some form, barbell and bench, as I highly incorporate compound movements.

Do I need any prior experience/knowledge to start your program?

Absolutely not, it’ll definitely shorten the process on knowing where to begin - but that’s something I’d be more than happy to provide guidance on as much as necessary.

How many days of the week will I need to hit the weights to see results?!

That’ll heavily be based on your goals/availability, I can help you attain them in any frequency - bare in mind the more consistent you are, generally better the results.

What sort of diet/nutrition advice do you provide?

I can help with your daily macro targets to gain/lose/maintain weight, basic guide to healthy eating and/or provide evidence based supplementation guide.
