What equipment do I need for the program?

You’ll get optimum results if you have access to a standard commercial gym with rack, bench and a barbell. At minimum I ask that you have a rack (or equivalent), barbell and bench — because compound lifts form the backbone of our programs.

Do I need prior strength-training or powerlifting experience?

No. You don’t need to have competed or even lifted for years. I’ll guide you through everything: technique, programming, and progression. The more hands-on you want, the more personalised we can go.

How many days per week will I be training?

That depends on your goals, schedule and current training status. We’ll customise your frequency to fit your lifestyle, but consistency is key: the more you show up, the better the results.

What nutrition support do you provide?

You’ll receive daily macronutrient targets (gain / maintain / lose), a healthy-eating framework, and evidence-based supplementation guidance. (Note: supplements don’t substitute good training or diet — but they can help.)

Where are you based for face-to-face personal training?

I’m based in Melbourne (CBD + surrounding suburbs) and run in-person sessions locally. For online coaching I work with clients Worldwide
