Offseason Heroics was born in the middle of lockdowns — on cheap apartment-gym mats, after long workdays that drained me physically and mentally. I began where a lot of lifters start: struggling to squat, bench or deadlift even a single plate.

Powerlifting became the thing that rebuilt me. I kept showing up, kept learning, kept putting in the work until competing became part of my life, not just a hobby. Now I dedicate my time and energy to helping others build the same strength — on and off the platform.

This brand exists because I know what it’s like to start from scratch.

Meet day prep & handling

Competition day doesn’t have to feel chaotic. With this service you get someone in your corner. If you’re based in Melbourne (or travelling within Australia), I’ll come along and handle the details so you can focus on lifting.
What’s included:

  • Pre-meet strategy: attempt selection, warm-up flow, transport & equipment check

  • On-site coaching: belt/gear set up, plates, timing, warm-up lifts, openers

  • Live coaching from competition start to finish: cues, calm, confidence

  • Post-meet debrief & adjust-plan: reflect, upgrade, reload for next meet
