You’re billed weekly, and each training block typically runs for 4–6 weeks depending on your goals and preferences.
Meet Prep & Handling Included:
If you’re competing and provide enough notice, I’ll handle your meet day preparation and comp-day support.
(Travel outside Melbourne may require additional discussion.)

Your coaching week starts when you receive your program, not when you pay.
Fully customised squat, bench, deadlift and accessory work — programmed, tracked, and updated each week based on your progress.
Submit your training footage and receive end-of-week technical notes, cues, and adjustments via Google Sheets or message.
Ask questions about programming, technique, recovery, nutrition or anything training-related. I’ll respond as quickly as possible throughout the week.
Basic nutrition structure, daily macro targets, healthy-eating guidance, and lifestyle recommendations to support training.
If you want to continue progressing, you can purchase additional weeks for ongoing coaching, tracking, and adjustments.
