Following successful payment I will be in touch ASAP to discuss goals, training history etc. to provide you with your personalized program based off said information.
Ideally from here I will have your program ready to go the following Monday to start the week fresh, if this isn’t possible it will be discussed and we can work something out I’m sure! YOUR WEEK STARTS WHEN YOU GET YOUR PROGRAM NOT ON PAYMENT
What you get;
(1) week of training programmed/tracked based on your goals, with end of week review shared via google sheets - going over your workout videos and feedback.
Chat support over the (1) week duration, I will answer your questions regarding anything about the program, we can have a chat, ask about each others day, anything you like - best I can in reasonable amount of time.
Workout schedule, BASIC evidence based nutrition advice, daily macro targets, healthy eating etc.
You can pay for additional weeks to continue having your progress tracked and have ongoing support during the duration.
IF THERE’S ANYTHING I HAVEN’T COVERED HERE OR YOU’D LIKE ME TO GO OVER ANYTHING ELSE, PLEASE DON’T HESISTATE TO ASK.
